Sport
1990, I started with sailing. This athletic career lasted 9 years, until 1999. After that I flew to the United States and stayed there for one year as an exchange student. There, I started with swimming and running. Back in Germany in 2000, I participated at a triathlon (BerlinMan) for the first time. Until 2008 I did triathlon at Seesportclub Berlin Gruenau quite intense and I also improved from year to year. Since 2002, we start with a team in the second National League East. I was the captain of the team. 2002, we occupied the 6.Platz, 2003 already the 4th Place and in 2005 we won in the second National League East.
Since 2009 I live in Essen. There I joint the Triathlon Club Essen where I start for the NRW triathlon league.
